Our policy on cancellations and returns.

Appointment Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Vaccines ordered specifically for you cannot be refunded if you do not attend.

For safety reasons, dispensed medicines cannot be returned or reused.

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days with receipt.

Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
